Steady Ground Support Services was founded with the purpose of providing respectful, inclusive NDIS support that genuinely reflects the lives of the people we serve.
Our founder spent many years working across disability services in Newcastle and surrounding areas. During this time, it became clear that too many participants were being overlooked, not because of a lack of ability, but because the system did not always recognise cultural differences, language needs, or individual circumstances. Families often felt overwhelmed by complex processes, and many young people found themselves without clear support as they moved beyond youth services.
Steady Ground Support Services was created to change that experience.
We are here to provide support that feels steady, personal, and grounded in understanding. We take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and work alongside participants, families, and carers with genuine respect. Our approach is guided by the belief that everyone deserves support that aligns with who they are and where they want to go.
